Services Description

Shimvornuidheleo provides vintage electronics restoration services including but not limited to:

  • Vintage audio equipment restoration and repair
  • Retro gaming console refurbishment
  • Classic computer restoration
  • Parts sourcing and replacement
  • Modern modification installations

Service Terms

When engaging our restoration services:

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • A deposit may be required before work commences
  • Additional costs may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during restoration
  • We will communicate any changes to the scope or cost before proceeding
  • Items must be collected within 60 days of completion notification

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in your quote or service documentation, our restoration work comes with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labour for the specific work performed. This warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original restoration
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Issues arising from unauthorized modifications after our work
  • Normal wear and tear of vintage components

Limitation of Liability

Shimvornuidheleo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on shimvornuidheleo.world, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Shimvornuidheleo and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
