Service Satisfaction
At Shimvornuidheleo, we stand behind our vintage electronics restoration work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days of collecting your restored equipment to discuss your concerns.
Warranty Returns
Our restoration work comes with a 90-day warranty. If your equipment experiences issues related to our work within this period:
- Contact us immediately to report the issue
- Bring the equipment back to our workshop for assessment
- We will repair or re-service the item at no additional cost if the issue is covered
- A full refund may be offered if we cannot resolve the issue satisfactorily
Parts and Components
For replacement parts and components sold separately:
- Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply
- Custom-ordered or rare parts are non-refundable
- Defective parts will be replaced at no charge
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Diagnostic fees for equipment we did not ultimately restore
- Shipping or courier costs
- Services completed to specification but where the customer changed their mind
- Work performed where the equipment was damaged after leaving our care
Return Process
To initiate a return or warranty claim:
- Contact us via phone or email with your service receipt number
- Describe the issue you are experiencing
- We will arrange an appointment for assessment
- Bring your original service documentation if available
Uncollected Items
Items must be collected within 60 days of completion notification. After this period:
- Storage fees may apply
- Items uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs
- We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any action
